Shipping policy

Herbalcadence is made in small batches, and every bottle goes through quality checks before it ships. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to prepare your order and confirm it meets our standards before it leaves our hands.

Standard Shipping — $5
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, for a total of about 5 to 12 days from the time you order to the time it arrives. We know that's not instant, and we'd rather be upfront about it than promise something faster and let you down. Good herbal formulas take care to prepare properly, and we're not willing to rush that part.

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $60
Orders totaling $60 or more ship free. Our 2-bottle bundle at $70 automatically qualifies.

Express Shipping — 1 to 2 Days
Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout, 1 to 2 business days once your order ships (processing time still applies before it ships).

Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way.
